This watch was one of the *cough hundreds* of watches that I photographed at my brief stint at the Sneaker Freaker studio. Apparently you can buy these black market babies pretty easily, if you live in Baghdad. I wonder if they had Gaddafi spin offs in Tripoli?

The last speaker at Semi Permanent this year was a dude called Platon. Hands down the best speaker I’ve seen. Pretty laid back for a guy who could call Stallone, Putin, Berlosconi & Gadaffi mates! And he followed Scott Dadich who I’ve long considered (and still do) my favourite designer ever, so that’s saying something.
